Like many people, I watch a lot of television. And like many people, sometimes it's hard for me to get a workout in at home...when I'm sitting on my couch...watching television. So I decided to create workouts I could do to give me at least a little burn while I'm watching my favorite tv shows. I mean, I'm here for the drama, I may as well get fit while I'm at it.
