Eats | Easiest Banana Bread Ever

I've always said, "You never know how much is above your eye level until you look." Well, most things in our new kitchen are above my eye level. I'm not kidding when I tell you I have a step stool I use for almost everything. As a result, it wasn't until I noticed the annoying amount of fruit flies hanging around our apartment that there were 3 extremely ripe bananas on top of our fridge where I could not see them.

So what did I do when I got home from work? Made banana bread of course!

I had never made banana bread, so I knew there was a chance of complete failure. But Kelli (Casey's mom) gave me an amazing recipe that was seriously impossible to mess up. All I did was add a handful or two of walnuts to spice it up a little bit. Seriously, it turned out amazing and delicious. But definitely the coolest part was how simple it was, which is why I'm sharing it with you.

tips:
+ My husband suggests that you add chocolate chips.
+ I suggest that you check the status of the bread about 50 minutes in, and then every few minutes to see how it's cooking. Stick a sharp knife into it, and if it comes out gooey, it's not done! Mine was done in about 55.

I was so proud, not only did a stuff my face with this stuff, but I just had to send pictures to my mom and my mother in law! My mom called me "Suzy Housekeeper." I took it as a compliment.
