Nothing completes a Sunday like a drive up the canyon. This last week we went up to Guardsman Pass to catch the colors changing.
It was incredible.

I decided to take my RopeSouls sandals out for a spin. The snow is coming, and I figured this could be one of the last times I could justify wearing them. I had heard good things about these sandals but let me tell you, they are better than I could've imagined. So comfortable! And to tell you the truth, I'm really diggin the heshy 'Jesus sandal' look. Hopefully it'll warm up so I can wear them for a few more weeks before the snow.

I love driving through the canyon more than anything. I can't help how excited I get. I just start yelling and screaming at Casey to look at everything. It's true! I can't tell you how many times I've over-enthusiastically exclaimed, "CASEY LOOK! LOOK! LOOK AT IT!!!!!!"

Every time we go up, I dream of what it would be like to live somewhere where I could live year round without ever seeing snow. Do places like that even exists? I know I've only lived here for 5 years, but these Utah winters make it feel like an eternity. Can it please just be Utah Summer/Fall always and always?

As I've been thinking about places I want to work after college, I can't help but want to apply to every warm or woodsy place. I've only ever lived here and Arizona, so I have a lot of places left to live and learn about!

Where would be your ultimate place to live?

p.s. Go check out how they're changing lives over at RopeSouls.com. It's pretty cool stuff.

however, its too expensive here, so maybe go for southern california.
