If you know me you know that I don't sleep much. For one reason or another, I'm usually awake. It's actually become a real problem to the point where I have to make the conscious effort to make sure I sleep. This becomes an issue when trying to make big life decisions.
One thing I can say is that when you sleep, your mind works things out. Ever heard the term "Sleep on it"? Ya well it's actually a real thing. While you sleep your brain works through things and helps figure things out. That's why when you make a decision about a boy, you're supposed to wait a day to see if you still feel the same way. That's also why when we have a big project at school we're supposed to give it the overnight test.
Along with never sleeping, I've always had the problem of committing to too much. I have a problem saying no to someone especially when it's to a good thing. This put me in a place with too much to do, and not enough sleep. It's a viscous cycle, I'll tell you that. It makes everything in my life lose structure and crumble to bits and pieces. But how can I say no to something good? Why do we face good vs good choices in our lives? Those are the hardest to make! I mean really, if there's an obvious good vs bad it's pretty easy to make a decision. But when you have to choose between two great things, it's nearly impossible!
But I think those are the decisions that make you grow the most. You're choosing between two great things. Two things that will help you better yourself in some way. But what you choose will define you, and will help shape who you become. Choosing between two good says a lot about who you are, and who you want to be. What's most important to you? What will you sacrifice? What can't you live without?

There is a voice inside of you
That whispers all day long
"I feel that this is right for me,
I know that this is wrong."
No teacher, preacher, parent, friend,
Or wise man can decide
What's right for you - Just listen to
The voice that speaks inside.
